Hazel Clark’s First Day at Cahaya Village Park

Hazel Clark had just moved into her cozy little house right across from the entrance of Cahaya Village Park. It was the perfect spot—everyone passing through the park would see her plants and her cheerful smile.

Early in the morning, she carefully arranged her newly bought herbs, vegetables, and tiny flowering plants on the little wooden stand she had just rented. Each plant was like a baby to her, and she made sure they were all perfectly displayed.

As the first Zois strolled by, Hazel greeted them warmly. Most took a quick look, picked what they wanted, and paid honestly via their bank account. She hummed softly as she worked, letting her love for music and nature flow through her gestures.

By midday, a few familiar faces had passed by, chatting briefly or asking questions about her plants. Hazel laughed and shared small tips about caring for them, enjoying each tiny interaction.

Evening came, and Hazel tidied her stand, careful not to harm her precious plants. She sat for a moment, watching the sunset over the park, thinking about the day. It had been a small start, but a promising one. And somewhere among the passing Zois, she wondered if someone might catch her eye—perhaps her future partner, whose path would cross hers in the most ordinary yet extraordinary way.
